A Silent Concert Film
Jake Dilley & the Color Pharmacy debuted in 2006 with a 48 minute cd that synched up with Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. The Color Pharmacy's second album came out in 2007, this time synching with the 29 minute 1950's French short titled, The Red Balloon.
His second project was captured at a studio in the middle of a forest in Canon Falls, Minnesota. This studio is known for recording Nirvana's "In Utero", Soul Asylum's "Grave Dancer's Union", Alkaline Trio's "From Here to Infirmary", and Andrew Bird's "Armchair Apocrypha".
A Silent Concert Film was co-directed by Jake Dilley & Jimmy Morrison and will be released in November of this year. The DVD will feature the 34 minute experimental
concert video complete with subtitles. Special Features include a tour
of Pachyderm Studio, behind the scenes jams, and a preview of his
upcoming album, which will be released in surround sound. You can
